Paz joined Demeter Investment Managers in April 2024 within the infrastructure team.
Paz brings 14 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector.
Paz’s career began at Acciona, where she honed her skills as a Procurement Manager. She then leveraged this experience at IDB Invest, working as an Investment Associate in the Infrastructure and Energy Division, as part of the bank’s CREA Leadership Program. Subsequently, she joined IFC (World Bank Group) as an Industry Specialist within the Infrastructure and Natural Resources division.
In 2020, Paz transitioned to Matrix Renewables, a renewable energy investment platform backed by global alternative asset manager TPG.
Paz is a “Chartered Financial Analyst” (CFA Institute) and holds an MBA from IE Business School. Additionally, she has a Master’s degree in Engineering in Management and Treatment of Water, Soil and Waste from AgroParisTech, and another Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI Comillas Pontifical University.
