Lucas Lafont joined Demeter IM in September 2024 as Financial Controller.
Before joining Demeter, Lucas worked at RSM as a financial auditor and at Mata Capital in the Fund Management team.
Lucas holds a master’s degree in finance & Asset Management from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
