Demeter, via the Climate Infrastructure Fund (art 9 SFDR), is proud to announce its investment in ZE Energy, alongside Amundi Transition Énergétique and Sorégies, a historical shareholder reaffirming its confidence in the project.
Founded in 2019, ZE Energy has developed an innovative solution for hybrid solar power plants, combining photovoltaics and energy storage, tailored for the continental European market. The company develops, finances, builds, and operates hybrid power plants, and markets green energy to end consumers or through tenders. It currently has a portfolio of projects exceeding 1 GW in solar photovoltaics and over 400 MW in battery capacity.
This €54 million fundraising will allow ZE Energy to continue its expansion and finance new hybrid projects, further solidifying its role as a leader in the energy transition.
