Qarnot, French leader in reuse of IT waste heat, raises €35M to deploy the next generation data centers
Qarnot, the French leader in reuse of IT waste heat, announces that it has completed a new €35 million financing round with Société Générale (via Société Générale Ventures), Demeter (via the Climate Infrastructure Fund), ADEME Investissement, Colam Impact and the Banque des Territoires on behalf of the French government within the framework of France 2030.
This investment supports the company’s industrial strategy which, by deploying its new generation data centres, aims to massively increase heat reuse from IT infrastructures.
A partnership with ADEME Investissement and Demeter will allow the creation of a financing vehicle adapted to accelerate the deployment of future Qarnot infrastructures on a large scale.
