Sweetch Energy secures €5.2m investment to develop its breakthrough osmotic energy technology
Rennes, Brittany, France – April 13, 2021 –Sweetch Energy, a European company that pioneers advanced nanotechnology and eco-material science to harness osmotic energy, announced today that it has secured 5.2 million euros from Demeter, Future Positive Capital, GO Capital & private investors to initiate its industrialization phase and develop a first full-scale prototype. Sweetch Energy’s new high efficiency eco-membranes can turn osmotic energy into a bankable renewable power source for the first time in 50 years.
