Demeter announces an investment by the Fonds de Modernisation Ecologique des Transports (FMET) along with Easy Charge

Easy Charge, a subsidiary of VINCI Autoroutes and VINCI Energies dedicated to electric mobility, and the Fonds de Modernisation Ecologique des Transports (FMET) managed by Demeter, have been awarded the concession contract to operate the public EV charging network eborn.

Covering eleven departments in south-eastern France, the eborn network has been set up to support the development of e-mobility by offering a single charging service across eleven departments. Easy Charge and FMET will be in charge of the operation, development and promotion of the eborn EV charging network for the next eight years. The two partners will have to develop the services offered to the EV users and also extend and densify the current network offering 1200 charging stations with 22 kW and 50 kW fast chargers, accessible with or without registration.
