Holger SCHRAGMANNPartner
Holger has been a partner at Demeter since 2018 and is responsible for the development of Demeter´s activities in the German-speaking area.
Holger has been active in the PE sector since 2001. Prior to joining Demeter, he was Investment Director at LEA Partners, Managing Partner at Capcellence Mittelstandspartner and Managing Director of IKB Private Equity. In all three PEs his investment focus was on growth financings and buyouts of SMEs coming from the industrial and technology sectors. A particular focus of his activities was on the high-tech industry, on intelligent systems for industrial processes, the automation and automotive industry and on B2B software. He has actively supported and backed a large number of investment companies and management teams for many years through advisory and supervisory board positions.
Before joining the private equity industry, Holger was managing director of a medium-sized industry service group with a turnover of EUR 150m. He started his career at the strategy and management consultancy Prof. Dr. Klaus Brankamp.
Holger holds a Master’s degree in Business and Engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.
